Title: Disney World, Day 0: Getting There
Pairing: MPhelps/RLochte, CDwyer/EBeisel, Evan/Ollie
Rating: PG-13 I guess for language but that's pushing it really
Disclaimer: Clearly this isn't true, I own nothing, etc.
Summary: Spring Break dual family vacation to Disney World!
Notes: Part 1 of five or six I guess, each day is gonna be split up into its own part. This part just sorta sets it all up, so it's a little shorter (~850 words). Also let's just assume not much changes about Disney between now and whenever this would take place (other than the Magic Kingdom changes that are going to happen- I was just down at Disney in May so I'm fairly up to date on Disney parks stuff I guess). And age-wise, I've got Evan and Ollie at 16, Robbie (Dwyer) at 15, Lo at 14, and Caroline (Dwyer) at 13.
"But Dad, Evan's gonna be at Disney World for most of spring break. What the hell am I supposed to do while he's gone?"
Michael rolled his eyes. "Language, Oliver. And you could swim, you know that."
Ollie scrunched up his face. "It's spring break, I wanna do something fun. Charlie's going to California, the only person I'll have here is stupid Lo, so I wanna go to Disney World!"
Lo walked into the room and smacked Ollie on the head. "I am not stupid, thank you very much." Then she smiled and turned to Michael. "But I would like to go to Disney World too."
Michael sighed. "Look, you guys, it's-"
"But I haven't been since elementary school!" Lo interrupted. "And it's only two hours away, the other girls at the gym go all the time. It's not fair." She crossed her arms, pouting.
"Uncle Conor said I could come with them," Ollie added. "Please, Dad, pleeeeeease?"
"No way, if you get to go, I should get to go too, Aunt Elizabeth likes me way more than she likes you."
Ryan poked his head into the room. "Babe, you should just tell them, it's gonna save a lot of arguing."
Lo and Ollie stopped glaring at each other and looked from Ryan to Michael curiously. Then Michael sighed.
"Fine, you know what, it was going to be a surprise, but...we're going to Disney World too!"
Lo shrieked excitedly and sprinted over to Michael to give him a hug. "Thank you thank you thank you!!! This is going to be the best trip ever!"

They carpooled down on Sunday afternoon. "We're not going to the parks on the weekend," Michael said. "It's more crowded then. We'll start bright and early Monday morning."
"But Uncle Conor said he got reservations at the dinosaur restaurant tonight!" Ollie shouted from the backseat.
"Yeah, dude, we're totally going to that, don't worry." Ryan turned around and grinned at him and Lo. "Like I'm gonna miss out on a place that has giant animaltronic dinosaurs."
Lo rolled her eyes. "It's animatronic, dad , jeez. And Caroline said they do like a show or something, it's supposed to be really cool."
Ollie was typing away on his phone next to her. "I still don't see why Evan couldn't ride with us."
Michael glanced up at him in the rear view mirror. "This is a family vacation, Olls, you're not gonna spend it all with your boyfriend."
"He's not my boyfriend!" Ollie replied, crossing his arms defiantly.
Ryan just smiled. "Whatever you say, Gator."

They pulled into the All Star Sports hotel and Evan pretty much went right to Ollie's side like a magnet, Robbie trailing a little bit behind him. "Fuck off, Robbie," Evan said under his breath, pushing him towards his sister and Lo and dragging Ollie off towards the gift shop.
"Where are they going?" Conor asked Robbie, who just rolled his eyes.
"Probably making out," Caroline said, giggling, and Lo elbowed her.
Conor sighed. "Just go bring them back. We need to sort out rooms."
Elizabeth walked over from the check-in counter and slipped her arm through his. "It's already settled. Girls in one room, boys in the other."
Lo and Caroline high fived but Robbie made a face. "Mommmm, do I have to?"
"It's just four nights, Robbie. Make sure they don't get into too much trouble."
Of course, that was the moment Michael came over, dragging Ollie and Evan by the arm. "We can't leave you guys alone for one minute, can we?" Evan blushed, but Ollie had a smug look on his face.
"Told you they were making out," Caroline whispered to Lo.
Conor sighed again. "Just take the keys, Evan, you're in charge. Don't make me regret saying that. We're all on the same hall, but the girls are in an adjoining room, so just make sure they're okay and get up in the morning and stuff."
Ryan walked up dragging a luggage cart. "C'mon, guys, come help me unload the cars! It's hot as hell out here, I'm not doing this all by myself."
When the adults started walking out, Ollie turned to Robbie. "I'll give you twenty bucks to room with the girls."
"What makes you think we want him?" Lo asked, nudging Caroline, who nodded too.
Ollie sighed. "Fine, I'll give y'all twenty bucks to take him."
"Twenty bucks each," she replied, crossing her arms across her chest as a gesture of finality.
"Care Bear?" Evan asked his sister, eyes pleading, and she shuddered.
"I'm game as long as you never, ever call me that again. You're not Mom."
"Fine with me. Lo?"
She sighed. "Fine. As long as you two aren't, you know, loud."
Ollie winked. "Can't promise that, sis, but you already said yes, so tough luck."
Robbie rolled his eyes. "Don't I get a say in all of this?" he whined.
"Shut up, Robbie, you already told us you didn't want to room with them, so just deal with it."
Robbie sighed. At least it was Disney World. That made everything better.
