Living in a veeery secluded place in a veeery small town in a veeery well-populated land of a coupla million streets, when the Google Streetview camera car scare went around last year I thought "Hah, they'll never come down my street anyway

Das mit der Kamera ist aber echt seltsam, hätte ich an deiner Stelle auch so nicht erwartet.

Ich finde die Satellitenfunktion ja schon so toll, habe da schon die Häuser meiner Eltern rausgesucht etc. XD

Oh, wow. I love the streetview thing so when I go to someplace new, I know exactly what to look for. But neighborhoods are a little far… I mean, technically in the US, if you can photograph pretty much anything if you're on public property (meaning the street), including houses, etc. But it's the way Google goes about it systematically that's a little creepy.
