I don't know if my right tonsil is inflamed or my inner ear but OW OW OW OW!

I can't swallow, I can't sleep, I can't make the pain stop.

In all seriousness crushing some asprin up and dissolving it in a small amount of water and moistening your mouth with it should help.

Don't have asprin, just tried another painkiller.... sweet buttery expletive that tasted AWFUL.

When my humour gives out it's usual time for the ER. This I know logically isn't that bad it's some swelling and irritation... but location, location, location. Admitedly it might be the start of strep, I should wander by a walk in clinic and get that ruled out.... I'd really like to get some sleep first mind you.
