А это смотря как к новостям относится. Если как к данности, с пониманием того что жизнь состоит не только из радостных событий, то все будет гут) Если же в них погружаться и прокручивать в голове то да, качество жизни заметно ухудшится.

I had hear that Mr. Ford has passed, my sympathies.

And yes, the Barbarians who committed this crime should be prosecuted with the full power and might of the Law.

I was just passing by a playground Rob and his brother built and there were so many flowers and candles. I also saw people were still coming to that place. That does not happen too often when people truly like a politician.

I did not hear that on the news broadcasts or feeds here in the US. Below the 49th Parallel, Mr. Ford was not always treated kindly but our press. However, I see some semblance (not exact and not perfect, mind you) of Mayor Marion Bradley of Washington DC. Despite of any foible, the people really did love the man.

Truly, I don't think you will see the likes of Mr. Ford in this lifetime.

I did not know Rob Ford very well as I have not been too much interested in politics. However, from what I heard he was very caring and not indifferent person. Many politicians care only about themselves and do not really spend their "precious" time on ordinary people and their problems. Rob was not like that and most likely that is why he was so admired by public.
