Slightly disappointed that there is no mention of any crash courses in botany since she plays a "botanist with a past" (I'm thinking she's actually German pretending to be American/British idk lol)

I wonder what specific kind of scandalous shady history a botanist would have. (Risque cabaret act involving rare species?)

Also wonder if she's mentally associating/comparing the scientist roles - amoral, oblivious of ethical implications - with Dollhouse's Topher and is playing off that. A little mention would be nice. *yearns*

My default "secret past" guess is.... "SHE'S A SPYYYYYY." maybe she's a German Spy. Or an OSS agent. Or whatever it is that preceded the CIA
