We were in Portland when Eric's grandmother died, so he had to fly back while I went on to California to visit my dad. Then he flew in to LA and we were planning to take the original return flight back to Miami. Well, since he didn't take the connection from Portland to LA, they canceled his LA to Miami ticket. So not only did he have to buy a ticket from Portland to Miami for the funeral (no discount, nothing) and then another ticket from Miami to LA, he then had to buy ANOTHER ticket for LA to Miami to get home.

So basically, fuck Expedia and Delta and American Airlines. Fuck flying altogether really. And nobody gives a shit about funerals, so don't bother telling them.
