How many? Even one is too much.

And I told them to go up there...

How about any other humans? The goddess could very well have a different metabolism than you do.

[shakes his head] I haven't asked anyone. It could just be me.

No. If it's affecting Amaterasu... It could be a matter of time before I start experiencing it. Last time I slept was...was when I was with K-9. Before Orion appeared in the forest.

Well, maybe whatever this is won't last that long? Most things on the ship don't.

The anomaly or the problem regarding sleep? Remember that some things did last long, Ollie. Like with Level 15 shutting down. That lasted for far longer than a week.

And with us growing closer and closer towards the black hole, time will skew.

Well, there's gotta be a point at which we just fall asleep anyway, right?

What do you mean?

What, 'skew'?

It could be worse. One night isn't bad--and you're right, probably a lot of people aren't even being affected yet.

Yeah. We didn't notice anything like that before, did we?

I don't know, Ollie... The effect of a sleepless night is fairly evident after the first day. I'm sure there are others who are, but just aren't admitting to it.

Not in this capacity, but at least we haven't lost life support yet.

Well...there's nothing for it, right? So why worry?

Yeah, see, there's the bright side!

Sleep deprivation plus humans really don't mix. I've met plenty of you where that holds true.

Then we'll just have to do our best.

I hope for your sake that you do. You can be quite insufferable even with a small amount of sleep. [smiles cheekily]
