Woohoo!

Today, I successfully ran the W6D2 run of two 10-minutes runs with a 3 minute jog in between. I actually tried it before, and I gave up in the second run. Though, I'm still cheating a little. woo gretel!! that is awesome that you are doing couch to 5k! i am totally jealous, i have occasionally thought of trying to conquer it, but i am too lazy to start it haha. maybe i will give it a shot too!!

Thanks for the comments! I was trying to figure out when I actually started the C25K and it looks like it was late March. It's supposed to be 9 weeks long - and I've been working on it for at least 16 weeks :-p

I really like it though. You should download the techno podcasts and give it a shot!
