I made a cake last night for a coworker's birthday. A Mint Devil Cake. A devil's food double layer cake with mint extract, with a layer of gherridelli mint chocolate between, and mint chocolate frosting

hmmm, moist ingredients. Sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, more oil, lots of ways!

Unfortunately, moist cakes tend to be the ones with the most butter, or, fat.

That's why pound cake is very moist. and delicious.

Why is the unfortunate? I mean, sure butter costs more, but if your having cake, why not go for it?
