4x4 - Guardian Angels Review

I liked the episode in general but I preferred 97 Seconds. It was definitely a Halloween episode, a bit creepy. I really liked the POTW's case, it was very original because it was somehow related with the issue of the afterlife seen in 97 Seconds. The relationship between Irene and her mother (her guardian angels) was nice, she was protecting her. The issue of religion was seen in this episode again in Irene and the Mormon

I loved that the show resurrected the spirit of "Charlie's Angels" (more angels, see all very spiritual and religious like). That "Good Morning, Angels!! was SO sweet. I cannot tell you how much I loved the interaction between House and Scotty, they really understand each other so well. It's amazing the chemistry both have considering they have just met a few weeks ago. I love them together. I also wanted to point out that Scotty may not be a doctor but his knowledge of medicine is amazing. I'm gonna miss him a lot and I hope as House says to him that comes around every now and then. Producers of House, don't let Scotty go!!! Let him be House's Bosley!! LOL

Amber or Cut Throat Bitch, well, she is a bitch, period. I think because she's like that and that she's all the time "cheating" and manipulating that House will finally fire her.

I keep liking 13 a lot. I wanna know more about her, I also like her way of working. I feel a bit bad for her, she's just trying to forget about what happened with the guy in the wheelchair and Amber goes in hits on the wound over and over again. In a sense, 13 stayed somehow strong although Amber was trying by all means to demoralise her.

Penn was okay although this week he had no big time on screen and Jacobson was a bit tiring yesterday. LOL. I keep saying he resembles Steve Carell. LOL. I think he was a bit jealous of Scotty and I certainly enjoyed their battle of words.

From all the candidates, I think Cole is the weakest. It's true that House kept pushing his patient till the limit but we know House, don't we? He does that all the time. He pushed him in order to see the real him and he saw it once Cole punched him. As Cameron knows House quite well, she knows him, yes!!, she knew House was gonna haunt Cole since the very beginning, she then ran to give a piece of advice to Cole because he was the perfect target for House's mocking (Mormon, someone who has strong beliefs and ethics, single father). House used the same tecnique with Cameron (widow, married a dying guy, strong ethics).

I LOVE that House and Cameron keep bantering, it's obvious that their relationship is totally different than before. Both speak and act freely. They are now colleagues. They did a bet, they were together in the cafeteria and House made Cameron pay the bill, we have always seen that with Wilson!!. There's obviously a change there and I cannot deny I love it. Maybe this new "proximity" between them can make us know more about Cameron's life and past and also (who knows?) about House's life itself. She may not be working with and for him but she's definitely giving him very interesting cases to work with so House should be thankful to her.

Chase, very brief moment in this episode, although I'm feeling he'll get more screen time soon. I'm thinking, when did he become such an expert in surgery?? I'm feeling he wasn't really operating but just making an exploratory surgery, open and take a look around stuff.

I like that Foreman keeps being rejected everywhere he goes. He keeps being too proud of himself, perfectly seen in the scene in the restaurant with Cuddy and then he’s said by another person (who’s not House this time) that he left too soon, that he’s not ready and then it’s when he realizes that quitting was a mistake and that maybe there’s some truth in those words after all. Afterwards, he swallows his pride and goes to see Cuddy because otherwise he won’t work again after what happened at the Mercy. He will NEVER be House, there’s only one House and he’s unique, he’s just a very ambitious House lite. Liked that Cuddy played with a little with the conditions and when then he accepts the job, then she tells him that the conditions are the same as before. Take that, Foreman!!

Very little Wilson although I liked the scene with House in the office which gave hot horizontal House, the producers must have found that how much we love Hugh in that pose. LOL

So, Guardian Angels, what a beautiful title! So, who were those Angels? Cameron was Cole and House's angel, Cuddy was Foreman's and the phantom of Irene's mom was Irene. All was well tied with the title

3 things I loved:

1.House in glasses
2.House’s tees
3. The decision with the flowers. I thought it was sweet, soft and tender.

3 things I hated:

1.House being punched again! It’s the third time already. Poor Hugh!! Less kick, more kiss PLEASE!!!
2.Amber
3.That we have to wait 5 more days to have House back. LOL

Finally, have you been as sharp-eyed as I've been? My eyes have seen something rather curious in House’s chest, yeah, I was looking at that and I don’t feel bad for that. LOL In the scene where he’s playing Surgeon in his office, my eyes have seen a piece of cotton sticking out of his shirt, maybe it covers a wound from the electrocuting or people in make-up forgot about it. Who knows??
