Rotating barrel? Axis looks low; though there's more to felt recoil in pistols than just barrel axis.

get some footage from the support side. This is definitely one of those guns where you need to be careful where you put your support side thumb.

I guess I'm the only person who's bothered by the fact that you have to rack this thing twice to clear it.

I am not sure why you'd have to do that. Racking it once was enough for the one I used.

Put in a full magazine. Pull the slide to the rear, so there is a live round on the elevator. Drop the magazine. Let the slide go forward. There is now a live round in the chamber. This is just different enough from "normal" to be scary.

Since it doesn't appear to lock the slide back on an empty magazine I suppose this matters less. Still, I think it at least deserves a special "Hey guys, this is different from what you're used to so pay a little extra attention."

Like I said, I seem to be the only person who feels this way. Oh well.

What's the point in dropping the magazine half-way through the cycle? Normally, you cycle it in one motion. You can lock the slide back manually (same control as the take-down lever), but you would not do it half-day through the loading motion. You can contrive this situation but it's not something that normally happens. It's not like a belt-fed MG that requires two motions to unload.
