Could the XR9S be considered a semi-bullpup give the action is set behind the magazine/trigger?
I'm intrigued by this design. The rearwards withdrawal action from the magazine reminds me of the actions of vickers and maxim locks.

personally, I would only consider it a bullpup if the magazine is behind the grip (at least partially), not just the action.
don't see too many bullpup pistols. bushmaster arm-pistol comes to mind, but that's it.

When I first saw the magazines I thought you were throwing a shout out to HK (
