Agreed. It was a great movie, and while very little was predictable, when there were "didn't see that coming" moments, they were never out of the blue, but you could look back and see the progression of events that got to that particular resolution.

For a film about an Indian family setting up a restaurant in France, this crowd-pleasing piece certainly served up something rather bland on my palate.
