Вспомнилась история, как начальник штаба разведбатальона, одной из бригад, после переезда в новые казармы, где не было электричества, при помощи АПБ проделывал в стенке отверстия.

That said, Mao Zedong once said that power grows out of the barrel of a gun. By extension, a State with all the guns has all the power--and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
