TWO Beauty Queens!

The wood on that is gorgeous....(The model as well).....that being said, I've never seen the particular appeal of the O3 Springfield. It was a fine rifle, but no MORE fine that the Mauser, Enfield, Moisin-Nagant, hell even the Carcano and type 38 Arisaka shoot as well in their full length configs. I've fired all of the above with iron sights and they all grouped about the same. I admit, I've only ever fired the Moisin and the Mauser with WW II period glass. Honestly, the two best, flattest shooters were the No.1 mk III Lee-Enfield, and a the 6.5x55 Swedish Model 1896 Mauser.....

The wood is phenomenal on the American Mauser.
