i've been thikning a lot about relationships lately. duh. my friend last night said something like, "well i guess someone thinks he's cute, he does have a girlfriend." and it kind of made me think, 'well, i don't have a boyfriend or a girlfriend but that doesn't have anything to do with whether i'm cute or not.' ofcourse the self-doubt comes in and

reading your last couple posts on this subject, I keep trying to put something into words, and keep utterly failing. everything sounds trite or incomprehensible, or unbelievable.

you're so bright and energetic, you have such a wonderful contagious enthusiasm. it lights up your smile and your laugh, and...yes.

and I don't see you as cynical at all, or anything like that, you seem really friendly and trusting, it just seems like you're still kinda reeling now from your last boy, and that for awhile you'd prefer to look and crush and enjoy that kind of thing. and when you're ready to take a chance again, for all potential baggage, you're pretty introspective, and good at communicating things. I wouldn't worry about it.

when you take that chance again, you'll make someone really lucky %)
