It is naive to believe that the Israeli politicians expected to stop attacks by launching into this carnage.
This whole exercise has surely got to be a song and dance for domestic consumption.
Even a child could predict that Hamas would benefit from this.

The whole thing seems to be a mess .. its just FUD, and Hamas, Israel and the Fatah are just making merry .. the sufferers are as usual, the common people. Unfortunately.

Sorry, I've been offline.
All I am saying is a counterattack of this scale suggests shortsightedness and arrogance.
Non violence needs some serious insight. Avoiding a massacre on the other hand just needs accepting a simple moral code.
