Life in the slow lane

I've had a lot of time on my hands this past month.
With my love life in the dumps and the holiday season in Dec, I had plenty of time to kill.

So I volunteered to help with the vipassana course halfway between here and Canada for a few days.
I would have liked to to take the course but it was full so as a consequence I find myself in the kitchen with
