More bureaucracy at work

As luck would have it, when I went to the police station to explain what was going on, the other notorious publican who worked at the police station said he could notarize the other woman's signature since he did not see her sign the original police clearance letter. I'm glad you got some time to go out in the kayak. I want to take my canoe with me when I go camping next week, but it's a big aluminum canoe and I honestly dont know if it will balance on top of my jeep. Bugger that. I dont have a trailer hitch for it either.

I'm glad all your test results came back good. Rock on with your bad self!

I haven't seen your jeep, but it is possible to tie down a canoe on luggage racks if you have one. I have seen jeeps that had roll bars used to carry canoes before as well. I use the luggage rack on top of my Endeavor to tie down my kayak when I take it on outings.

The cardiologist was happy with the results, so I guess it means that I have a good timex in there somewhere. :)

I have a Jeep Wrangler, which means the canoe is substantially longer than the vehicle. I could certainly balance the canoe there and use a rack, but I worry all the overhang would catch the wind while driving and blow it off. Which would be a bad day for the person driving behind me.

Mayhaps I can get a small trailer for it. I dunno. Canoeing season is just about over for the year anyway *sniff*

I meant to reply sooner, but it didn't happen. Anyway, to do it on the jeep you would need to tie off the bow and stern painters to your bumpers to keep the canoe from sailing away in the wind.
