Things have been really busy so far this break.  I think my toes are starting to grow together into webbed feet with all of the rain we have had around here.  Since I have been home, there have been all of two days when it didn't rain.  Though my grandson did manage to play a couple of t-ball games between the showers.  I took several pictures and

Alba was the one you liked, right? She was cute and smart and somewhat competent - I have the right girlie, yes?

I am far from an expert on the heart matters, but I dont think those numbers are in the bad or worrisome category. Though of course it's your body and you'll worry cuz this is what we all do.

I would be happy to send some of this rain your way, or anywhere so long as it is away from here. I have just over a week left at home and we have at least a 20% of rain through the 7 day forecast.

Yes Alba was the one who restored my faith in my ability to train people. After the abysmal failure with Grasshopper and then the guy in Japan that didn't work out too good either Alba was a breath of fresh air! I have had a couple of others who were trainable since her, but she was a real bright spot!

I know the artery numbers aren't too bad, but still attention grabbing. I suppose with my history and cholesterol not to mention my age, the numbers aren't overly surprising. I just have to make sure I keep the diet, exercise etc up.
