This was great. It made me cry, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I really liked it. I think you captured both of them perfectly.

Thank you so much. I'm delighted this worked so well for you.

I too love them, but . . . as even I struggle to really give them a HEA, they won't ever become one of my 'fandoms'. *Eyes up the number of stories she's written this year - hmmm*

How I miss this? Thanks God for your monthly recap!
Because this story is such a great, great ending for both of them. And for us, who had loved them and cry for them for years...
But you did it, you give them, finally, a happy end =D
And I loved the way you did, I loved Peg understanding, and BJ love, and Hawkeye bare need. Love the parallel description and how accurate it is.
And, yes, is a happy ending, but it make me cry. But in a really good way =D
Thanks for this, noe, my week begin in a really, really wonderful way =D

Probably because I didn't post it or a link to it to my LJ. I tend not to post fiction directly to my LJ (the exception being the drabbles), but to the relevant Comm. And then I do the monthly round-up. I'm glad you find them useful.

Thank you so much. I'm glad that you enjoyed this. And yes, I was finally able to give them that elusive happy ending.

I'm glad you liked that Peg understood and the parallel description, I'm really pleased that worked.

*Hands over tissues* I'm glad that it made you cry in a good way.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I'm delighted that it has made your week start well.

aw! *sniffles* sad that something so hard, so devestating like daniel's death was what it took to bring them back together. but at least they are together again. i liked the parallel parts too--nice way to tell the story. nice that peg was so understanding, but even better that bj stills knows hawkeye so well, knows just how he needed him, just what comfort to give him. beautifully done.

Thank you (again). I'm delighted this touched you so much. And you thought it the two parts well balanced.

BJ does indeed know his Hawkeye so well.

I guess it may be unrealistic to really expect a wife (or husband for that matter) to be understanding under such circumstances, but, OTOH, 'if you love someone enough you let them go'.

Thank you.
