Okay, looks like we're starting another of my three part "novels" (if you can call them that.) This one is intended to have pretty high stakes with whole realms inhabited by hundreds of thousands of people at risk. I want the final part to feature all-out battles with armies retreating and regrouping, battering rams knocking down gates, calvary charges, that sort of thing. But I never know how these stories will turn out. Part III might end up as a moderated debate between Bane and Atrumo on cable TV, wouldn't surprise me.
The whole set-up with the adjacent realms needs a LOT of thought and explication. I came up with them when I was in high school and the concept has many puzzling aspects. The realms all seem to have not changed much since the Darthan Age thirty thousand years ago, so does time move at a different rate in them? Then how could characters like Galvan and Atron come into our real world and act as if events proceeded in the same time frame? I mean, both Sulak and Galvan were around for WW II and they never mention that
