I discovered this weekend that there's only about 2gb of free space left on this computer. I cried a little bit.

Yeah before the Dell crashed it had approximately 300 mb of hard drive space left. There was also nothing I was willing to delete either. So its kind of good to have a new computer now.

deleting things doesn't actually free up space!!!! it's one thing I learned in IT so far. also I am jealous of the fastness of that computer and I wish mine would stop turning off spontaneously.

Truth. I remember reading that in a book... which was not about computers. Also why are you taking an IT class? What do you learn in such a class?
