Вопрос про хосписы

Дева перешла работать из больницы в хоспис и описывает разницу:

There were things hospitals didn’t have; bird feeders hanging up outside, a tuck box for the nurses.

Как есть леворукий, не нашел в гугле ничего, что как-то подходило бы. Кто подскажет, что это за такое?
