Jehova's Witness:              We're known as Jehovah's Witnesses.
old_cutter_john:  No, no. I spent an hour on that yesterday, and two more hours ( Read more... )

You are awfully polite. I don't ever open the door to Jehovah's Witnesses, if I recognize them as such. And if I do happen to open the door to them and they start their spiel, I say "Sorry, I'm not interested" and close the door firmly.

I do this or that, as the Spirit moves me. One thing I can claim: I know a lot more about the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses (and various other religions, including the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and Islam) than the average infidel. Someday it might get me through a roadblock. Or something.

Definitely. They pays their money and they takes their chances. Literally. Driving is expensive nowadays, and they drive here. Yesterday's crew told me so. They drove here to show me a drawing of a paradise on earth in which there are no cars. Gandhi said, "Be the change you want to see in the world." Hmmm...

Two separate crews, this morning, about fifteen minutes apart. That's four weeks between. Today's first crew was female and their native language was Spanish; the second crew was male and their native language was English. I told them both, "I've had enough of that."

I heartily invite them in to discuss My Lord and Savior Satan.
