It was xxrancid_punkxx who converted the Ann Coulter doll video. A friend of mine has done some videos like this for me, but I think he's in Hong Kong right now, so I don't know if he's available. :-(

The .ram file you posted there seems to be a streaming file, not directly downloadable, but I think there are programs that help you download streaming videos like this.

You might want to send a private message request to xxrancid_punkxx, if he/she doesn't see this thread. :-)
