A year ago I was having constant pain in my shoulder. My orthopedist immediately pulled out the anti-inflammatory needle and jabbed me and, voilà, nothing. As a veteran of shoulder problems, I sympathize. It's no fun and it effects one's ability to do hundreds
of common everyday things, like bathing and getting dressed.

Fortunately my physical therapist's event was javelin throwing, so she knew her business! That was the
best piece of medical luck since Keith's doctor introduced him to the muscle ophthalmologist Renee
Richards!

I'd like to second (third? fourth?) the motion to have Keith demonstrate yoga for us. (And to anyone
who doubted his sincerity in the interview where he first claimed he did yoga: ooga booga! :-P )

Rahm does yoga and it works VERY well for him. Clearly Keith can stand to benefit as well. Now, if only we could find photos of these two boys practicing yoga. Hot yoga. Naked.
