He doesn't strike me as mentally competent any more -- if he ever was. This is very odd behavior,

I normally am just a lurker...but since I'm from Kentucky I feel like I have the obligation to say not all Kentuckians are as bad as Bunning and McConnell. I'm ashamed to say I'm from KY when I see those too. I'm glad Bunning isn't running again, and I'm hoping, next time we have the opportunity, that we can ditch Mitch. But Louisville, where I'm from, is much more progressive/liberal than the rest of the state as a whole. Our state went red in the presidential election, but Louisville it self went blue.

But, Rand Paul is actually running for Senate in Kentucky...I don't know if that's an "on the plus side" type thing or not...but it certainly is different.
