The extent of my idiocy and the time it takes for me to figure things out will never cease to amaze me, BUT I think I might have managed to re-write a crucial part of the film and I might even get away with not having to have any script. At all. Like, really.Naturally I'll try running it past a few few people to make sure they can understand it

Guuuhh! I hope it works for you, hun. A lack of dialogue would be so heeeelpful.
Also, not sure what your assignment entails as far as music composition, but this is a cool site: http://freeplaymusic.com/ It's all free, non copywriten music for the intention of being used in non profit movies, animation, anything. As long as you don't make a profit from it, it's generally alright to use. I'd check the terms of use, though, just to be sure. They might have changed it since I used this site... three years ago?

I hope it works too! ;w; and yes I know that site, it's pretty good too, but my film will probably require something that's tailored to the actual animation because it has teh dramas, but never fear! One of my housemates (alas, no longer actually living in our house, as she graduated last year, but I still count her as a housemate), hired a rather awesome dude to do her music for her last year. She's given me his contact details and I've dropped him a message, so fingers crossed he's still taking commission work!
