Harry is a reasonable man, he knows he is, and he should be pleased his gift’s gone over so well. Always tricky, finding things Draco will like, things that won’t earn him that odd, fond look, and for the first time in ages, Harry’s apparently got it right.

So that’s a good thing, really, and Harry should count this as a win.

Only, Draco’s not giving him the odd, fond look because Draco’s busy, Draco’s not even looking his way, just sort of crouched low on the carpet petting his gift, laughing at it and sort of…tickling. Judging by the happy sounds, the huffs and snuffles, Harry’s not the only one in this house that likes Draco’s hands on him.

Harry is reasonable, for fuck’s sakes; Harry can share. Just, he’s not sure he should have to, really. Not with the dog.
