"Love one another."
- George Harrison's last words

Ten years ago today, the world lost a unique individual: a true artist, a scholar of the physical and spiritual realms, a connoisseur of life and a man who brought love into the lives of everyone privileged to know him.

Hari, you are missed.

That is beautiful, I am really missing and dwelling on him today as well. I know he found what he was looking for, and that he's happy, and deservedly so. Such a genuinely good, special person he was.

That's what I keep reminding myself ... it's inherently selfish to mourn someone who had such a strong belief in where he would be going, and such a strong desire to meet God.

I'm a selfish person, though, and a part of me really wishes he was still here, making music. Only if he continued to be happy, though - I'm not THAT selfish. :)

I hope that link works, I thought you might like that, a short video by someone talking all about George's lifelong kindnesses. Other similar videos are off on the sidebar. I just thought it was so excellent, I just love George for his sweetness, what a gentle good person he was. I agree with her that he was that way naturally, long before India and Hinduism, etc.
