I was handed moderatorship of this community a couple years ago, for no particular reason I can recall. I miss Okinawa, but it's been nearly ten years since I was stationed there and I feel very out-of-touch. I feel it's time to pass control of the community to someone who can be more involved.

Do we have any volunteers or nominations?

I love okinawa but im not from okinawa, mi grandfather born there but im too far away u.u

By the way, i study japanese, and i do traditional dances from okinawa in my city (odori and taiko), with sensei who born in okinawa.

So i want this community still alive! if you don't want to continue, i propose that i administrate and i do my best. Best wishes
