I seriously need to work on finishing up SC. So this is the last time I'm poking this bunny for a while. I don't care that it's got the next scene outlined in my head. I won't be tempted, you hear me bunny! I also seriously need to do some poking at that summary, my subplot is taking over and the summary is becoming rather misleading. ^^;

Woot, finally some more juicy Jazz/Sideswipe! I melted into a pile of goo when Sides said "I could really use a friend right now", and just about died of squibbles when Jazz pulled him in close, it was great! Do I really need to tell you that I can't wait for the next chapter? Because, I'm pretty sure you know that already!
Also: Yay! Prowl/Ratchet, I don't see enough of this pairing, woot woot! And, why didn't Sides get an orientation?

Here I was worried that the fluff got overpowered by the plot beforehand. Glad to see otherwise. :D Do you realize how long I've been aching to get to this point? *flomps* I'm so releaved to have finally written this.

I absolutely adore the Prowl/Ratchet pairing, and it is very rare, I know of only three writers who touch on them and I'm including myself among them.

*gnaws* Two new mechs can get lost in the shuffle in such a large crowd. It's never stated but the base they're on is about the size of Autobot City (Metroplex? I can never keep the city-formers straight O_o), so there are a lot of people there. Not counting the civilians around the base. Considering their circumstances, Sides and Sunny didn't mind being overlooked, and Sides was just using it as an excuse to keep Jazz near. ^^;

I think that's the most I've answered on any question pertaining to this fic. XD

I can't keep the city-formers straight either, I have enough trouble remembering which combiner teams combine into what, and who is on what team! The only two that I remember easily are Supierion/Aerialbots and Defensor/Protectobots.

The plot stuff beforehand was a tiny bit tiring, mostly because your comments told me that there was Jazz/Sides stuff somewhere in the chapter, and I was eager to get to it! It's important though, which sucks, because sometimes we're stuck putting the stuff we want to write on the backseat so that we can get the plot moving!

D'oh! I worried that it was dragging there, but it really is necessary. Hopefully with this step in their relationship things will step up a little bit.

That final scene is the first part I wrote on this chapter. xD I had the first part outlined, but wound up sitting on that for a week or so not sure how to word it.

Revealing the Prowl/Ratchet relationship was one of the other reasons I anticipated writing this chapter. Ratchet is internally flailing at his inability to help Prowl. I'm hoping to make it more evident as the story goes along. :D

Awwwww! I love this pairing. Jazz is such a contrast to how he was in SC. And Sideswipe seems so young and fragile.

They are far too cute. I need to get Sunny up and running so he can give me those art bunnies he's been teasing me with. (Porsche judo? Sides in a knit hat?)

Jazz is a tad more huggable than Sides at the moment, but he's always ready with a hug.

Yeah, Sides is a little jumpy right now. And my AU Sides is trying to get Sunny talking to me again. That yellow Viper sure can pout. LOL!
