Okay, we're all down in the dumps for one reason or another.

Me? I may be being denied honors in Art Studio for not working hard enough despite the fact that I've slept more in the Studio than in my own room...for five months.

But we're going to get nowhere that way. So.... Tell me something happy about today. One small bright moment.

my wife and I finally, this weekend, agreed on a name for our daughter-to-be, and we both love it. the last un-determined aspect (whether to use the name we plan to call her, or a more "formal" longer version, as the first name) is a toss-up and either outcome will be ok with both of us.

resolving this traditional source of discord makes me incredibly happy.

Um, I slept in today.
My husband paid the rent all on his own.
I was in a (student) fashion show on Friday, and beside the fact I totally owned, the (student) designer I modeled for won first place and got a standing ovation from the dean.
I was able to visit all my Hialeah family on Sunday.
My nephew is one sexy baby that likes to flirt with pretty girls.
I have another little nephew on the way.
My car was finally fixed, so it's not as bootleg.
I had Indian food for dinner last night. Naan so rocks.
I still have leftovers for tonight.
I finally quit my Panera job.
Now I get paid more than $0.30 more than minimum wage!!!
I have the prospect of seeing you later on. (hint hint nudge nudge)

A few bright moments:
-Class this morning was canceled!
-The weather is BEAUTIFUL!
-I just mailed my taxes in, and I'm gonna get $500 back! Yay, I may actually be able to pay for my summer class!
