RE: FINISHED -- In terms of being out of the Cash Cab, YES. In terms of needing an encyclopedic listing of trivia buffs, NEVER. NEVER EVER.
RE: SUCCEEDING -- Yes and no. I managed to make it to my destination without getting kicked out, but I got too ballsy when I went double or nothing with the Video Question at the end of the ride. But, you know, it's a free cab ride, and there is no hating on that.
