They've canceled classes. I was reading the news online and it said that public schools had all been closed - I just now checked Trinity's homepage online and they put up the cancellation notice. All after school and extra curricular events have been suspended for a while, probably until it stops and they can clear the snow from the track and the ( Read more... )

But what if someone sent you roses? I have to deliver roses because I'm on the committee and what if someone sent some to you and you're not there and I can't deliver them, they'll die, and then all that work will... We'll have to throw them away and that will be a waste of committee money and...

If someone sent me roses, they'd get thrown away anyway. But that's proof right there that you need to get away from school. How'd you get stuck doing all that in the first place?

I'd just throw away the notes, the flowers are pretty enough. And it's not like I wanted to in the first place; Teresa just wanted me to help her hang up fliers and then they were inviting me to sit with them at lunch but really they were having meetings. Girls are tricky.

I'm not looking forward to it melting, then it'll just be wet like every other day.

Dancing here is... uh, kinda different. I don't really like it. People always get weird at these parties.

I do like the rain... and puddle jumping can be fun. I guess I should get some boots so my socks don't get wet, huh?

Well... they get drunk. Sometimes they drink before the party, because you're not allowed to have alcohol on campus and because we're underage. I heard about some kid who spiked the drinks at a dance once, a few years ago, and that's why they have the soda cans now. Drunk mortals do stupid things.

Because! It's like a big awful holiday where people think it's okay to stalk you because they 'love' you. And that's totally not okay ever!
