hooooly shit that's amazing. i hope you dont mind but i just had to save it on my comp.

its really simple,
stamp tool for the eyes, and rubbing tool over that
i mess around with burn tool on skin too. so yeah dodge and sponge really helps too
and i drew the stitches with paint brush
and you can kinda add other color blotches and blend them in
