Well, it has the ability to be quite scary.
I mean, the way Frank's scared, scared people instantly makes it slightly more scary for the readers.

I found that out when I asked my sister to read it and she said it was ok the first time and the second time when i added some things, such as the fear in the characters, she said it made it scarier.

Don't know if her opinion counts though, she can't watch horror movies or things like Saw.
