Goodbye Boo

My cat Boo had been acting sort of strange the last two weeks.  He had been howling randomly and was more clingy than usual.  I noticed he was a little unsteady on his feet but I just thought it was because it was getting cold and he's an old cat with a bad hip.  Last night though it got really bad.  He kept falling over and couldn't get back on
