I'm having trouble getting into the holiday spirit.  Im usually excited about the holidays but this year I just can't seem to get with it.  This is the first year I haven't decorated a tree.  Maybe if I put up some Christmas decorations it will feel more like the holidays.  We have our company holiday party on Tuesday and I'm going to finish my

Those New Year's Eve plans sound awesome, its been a good while since I did something like that. I was actually alone last year but this year an acquaintance is having a party so off I go.

I know what you mean about the lack of spirit this year. I was a little off last year but this year I am just not feeling it at all. I dont know, I wish I was but I am so tired and so busy and nothing is really going my way.....maybe it will get better as the time gets closer but I think I will be so busy trying to crunch everything in I will just be exhausted. At least I have the day after off to recuperate.

I typically spend New Years alone, depressing, right? This the first year I'll have a boyfriend on New Years in 3 years. And I don't even know if we'll be together on that day or not. lol

Get some peppermint-type candles! That scent always makes me think of Christmas. :)

Fuck Christmas. Its too expensive. I can't afford to decorate or get gifts. You have a good idea though with the candles though. And yea for that club idea! Get your midnight kiss with a mysterious, hot stranger!
