'It,' of course, being my laptop. I missed Dave. I don't know how he did it, but the computer guy magically found the things he needed to put on my computer (I kind of question how legal any of it was, but the I think the end justifies the means in this case) and it's healed and happy. :) I need to find some new anti-virus stuff. Ohhh. Ah. I play him as dead, which--well. I had my reasons for it when I apped him, but it's not terribly logical or true to canon and I'm a bit ashamed about it. A bit being a lot. By the time my reasons for making him dead were gone and I was thinking clearly, there had been too much character development to just start him over. Fortunately, it's an obscure canon and no one has called me out on it.

Me too! I was afraid it would be gone for... a week. Whole weeks. More than a few days. I'm quite glad to have a magical tech guy around.

This is a definite maybe.
