i'm starting a new diet on Sunday evening. It's the central baptist cardiac diet that they give patients who have to lose weight for surgery. My uncle dale has lost 32 pounds so far, and aunt anita has lost 20-ish. you eat exactly what it says for three days and then you can eat whatever (sensibly) for the other four days. you can't deviate fromt he diet and you can drink all the water you want. you're supposed to be able to lose 10 pounds the first week.

me and Christa 9a girl i work with) and her roommate are all going on it? wanna join us?

the only meats in it are tuna or chicken, 2 slices of 3 oz meat or small broiled steak, 2 hotdogs, and another tuna or chicken. other than eggs, the rest is veggies, some fruit, some cheese, crackers, vanilla ice cream, toast, coffee or tea, and all the water you can handle. if you're interested, i'll send you the whole layout. i'm starting it tomorrow...pray i don't starve to death
