I am hopeful for some hurt Sam/protective big brother Dean in fic after this one, although the only one I've seen so far has been a hurt Dean, but it was okay :) I think Sam is really going to be turned inside out by these trials so they should be delicious to watch. Because when Sam is being turned inside out, Dean certainly is not one to just stand around! I don't mind the TB like symptoms because TB like is not TB :P Although it would be different to see the guys battle a more natural enemy. However these trials will be no fun for Dean because old Bible God wasn't exactly all roses and cherries. Bring it on!
I'm hoping for more of a united front. I don't want Sam hiding the hurt too long. I know he wants to protect Dean, but it's always best when they're propping each other up through the hurts. :-)
I am curious about the consumption thing. I wonder how well they'll be able to show Sam wasting away when Jared's built like a, well, moose!

But I have a longer fic in progress already. So rather than write fic inspired by the episode, what I will probably do is create from H/C art that I can offer as an prompt for anyone who wants to use the image as inspiration for a fic fill.
