I love Handyman!Sam so what I would like is: Dean is so focused on the hunt that he's neglecting things he was always on top of like taking care of the Impala. One day, Dean realizes that the Impala is due for something(tune-up, oil change, nothing major) and is surprised to find Sam taking care of whatever it is that the Impala needs. Can be angsty, but not too much please.
