Because we all wanted to see this. The missing scene after Castiel kills the demon and Sam says he's not real, Sam had to of moved from that bed to his room again. That's where Dean comes in.

Hell on WheelsDean pushed his way through the final doors to where Cas said he would find Sam. Meg had offered to cause some more chaos on convinient places around the hospital to draw people away and Dean hadn't have time to consider whether to trust her or not. She had been a sort of a help so far. Though he'd die rather then to admit that
