And the description is complete crap anyway - as helygen points out, if she's supposed to be putting her son in the car (as opposed to taking him out and putting him in the stroller), then the truck is backing down the road, and is unlikely to be doing so at any speed. If it's actually pulling out, and Billie is in fact putting her little one in his stroller, it's clearly being careful and going just as slowly moving forward.
