This is really sad. I know Rostam said Ezra will collaborate on future projects and songs, but that isn't the same as being a member. Dynamics shift, things change. Like, I'm really glad they were able to close off song with Modern Vampires, but Vampire Weekend here on out won't be the same, and I'm just so sad. They've been and are very important to me.

Aw, sad to hear. I'm not a huge VW fan these days, but I met the band back in '09. Everyone was nice, but Rostam was very generous with his time and a pleasure to chat with.
