I remember videos that I saw back when I was into TVD. Fans pretty much stalked him and Nina through Paris and swarmed into a freaking post office. His fans, for the most part, aren't people who take a photo and go on their way, they follow him. Again, this is what I remember from a few years ago. lol

Well yeah, if they were following him that obviously ain't cool. But from this video it looks like they were just waiting outside a hotel for him and asked for a picture, which every famous person has to deal with. I don't know anything about him honestly though, so maybe they were OTT with him.

I didn't watch the video so maybe he was over-reacting but I can imagine that famous people avoid taking pictures in such situations because other people passing by are going to notice and might come up and ask for a picture too.
