I could barely tell what happened but it looks like he put his arm out to her? I don't see anything wrong here.

Actually, there's a bodyguard right behind him, and it's that man who puts his arm out and briefly touches her shoulder.

You can tell, because if you keep your eyes on Rob, you see the bodyguard then wrap his hand around Rob's right shoulder, guiding him toward the bus and away from the woman who tried to thrust herself at him.

Rob's arm never lifts from his side. The bodyguard is smaller than Rob, dressed in black, and right behind him, so he's hard to see.

So, OP, your post is very misleading and kind of unnecessary to begin with, even if it had been Rob who gently made the woman back up. You can see she's not phased in the least, so it wasn't even a shove. Really reaching here. Really.

He's carrying a bottle of water in that hand, as you can see from pics taken seconds afterwards.

Those pictures were taken at a different time. The fans aren't even the same person. The one in the video has blonde hair and has her hair down, and the fan in the photos has brown/black hair and her hair is tied up. And if you look closely, you can see the water bottle he is carrying as he shoves her away. It wasn't his bodyguard that did it, because his bodygaurd was infront of him at the time.

Anyway, she shouldn't have been that close to him, especially when it's obvious that he is out with his girlfriend, probably tired because it's night and is in a hurry because of the paps. That fan needs to learn boundries.
