It's the movie "The Guest" and you need to watch it because Dan Stevens is hot as fuck in it and he's playing this pyscho anti-hero and it's so confusing because you're supposed to hate him.

Also, it's a nice throwback to 80s thrillers/horror films. Cheesy in a perfect way.
